Q. Do your product prices include freight costs?
  1. No, sorry. (The one exception is baskets: prices in our basket catalogs do include freight charges, excluding Alaska & Hawaii)
Q. How soon will I receive my order?
  1. Most inventory items are shipped within 48 to 72 hours of when the order is received by John Henry®.

      John Henry® is doing an increasing amount of custom work, as growers develop their own brands in the garden marketplace. A starting point is our Image Collection, which gives you 11 pre-designed backgrounds that can be used on most of our standard tags. We can also utilize your professional artwork, or help develop a new look altogether. For details on custom work, talk with our Grower Care Center at (866) 378-7535.
Q. How do I go about putting UPC codes on my tags?
  1. Many mass merchants and even independent retailers want bar codes on their green goods today. Our Grower Care service experts can help you utilize bar code technology on your favorite John Henry® product.
Q. How can I get copies of John Henry®'s latest catalogs?
  1. We offer you the option to download or view online print-quality PDFs by page, section or the entire catalog. Catalogs are still available by mail, though we encourage you to view them online or download them onto your computer.

    Go to our Catalog Request page and simply click on the one you would like to view. When requesting by mail, you should receive your catalogs within seven days.
Q. Can I get product samples?
  1. Yes, You may request samples of our products by phoning, faxing, or emailing your request to our Customer Service Departments. Please use the numbers provided above under "How can I order products from The John Henry Company® for that purpose.
